This page explains the core features of ChipHERO and where to find common settings like your profile and password.
Getting started
Your dashboard
After signing in, you’ll land on your dashboard. From there you can jump to your main area (for example Your Pets for owners, Litters for breeders, or Implanter for implanters).
Your profile & contact details
Your profile is used as the keeper/breeder contact information on your registered microchips. Keeping it up to date is important for reunification.
Open Settings / Your Profile to update your details. ChipHERO will also apply profile updates to your registered ChipHERO microchips.
Passwords
- Change your password: go to Change Password (also accessible from your profile page).
- Forgotten password: use Reset Password to request a reset email.
