ChipHERO Pet Microchips

ChipHERO supplies a compact 7mm microchip for dogs, cats and other small animals. Each chip is encased in bioglass, has a parylene anti-migration coating, and carries a unique permanent identification number.

Identification, Not GPS Tracking

A pet microchip does not contain GPS and cannot show a pet’s location. A scanner reads the chip’s identification number, which is then searched against microchip databases so an authorised person can help contact the registered keeper. Keeping the database record current is therefore essential.
