Help For Implanters
Implanter accounts are built to help you manage stock, register litters efficiently, and track commission.
Your implanter dashboard
Go to Implanter / Manage Microchips. You’ll see a status summary, search, and a list of chips you’ve implanted.
Registering a litter / batch of chips
Use Register Chips to register multiple chips at once. This creates an implantation batch and applies the same keeper and dates to the selected chips.

Updating an implanted chip
If a chip is still in the Implanted state, you can click the chip number from your list to open the update screen and correct details (pet details, keeper details, implant date, etc.).
There is also an option to apply key changes to all chips in the same batch (useful for correcting shared dates/keeper).
Ordering stock
Use Order Chips to request more microchips and view your order history.
Misfired chips
Use Misfired Chips to record chips that cannot be used, and to keep an audit trail.
Commission & payments
- Commission summary: view totals by payment status in Commission.
- Payout details: manage your payment setup from Your Profile (Implanter Settings).
- Referrals: your referral code is shown on your profile. You can also refer by email.
Common issues
- “Chip is not in your account”: you can only update/register chips issued to your implanter account.
- “Chip is locked”: locked chips cannot be changed—contact support for assistance.
- Wrong keeper type: if you accidentally registered a keeper as the wrong type (breeder vs owner), update the chip while it’s still in the correct editable state.
