Welcome to ChipHERO
Information For Owners
We’d like to welcome both you and your pet to chipHERO! Our database and our team are here to support you!! Your microchip provides a secure and permanent means of identifying your pet. Your chipHERO microchip will last a lifetime! Should your pet go missing their microchip greatly increases the chances of being reunited with you, their family.
We need you to do your part!
ChipHERO will do everything in our power to ensure missing pets make it home to their families. However it’s important that you do your part. A microchip can only do it’s job if it is registered and your contact information is kept up to date and current.
Please ensure that ALL the information stored on our database is correct and please update your keeper account with any changes to your contact information.
The law requires that all cats and dogs are microchipped and that their keeper ensures that their contact information is kept up to date at all times. If you move house or change your phone number you must make sure our database is updated. It can be near impossible to reunite a pet if their keeper cannot be contacted.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PET GOES MISSING
If your pet goes missing, the first thing you should do is contact us to report your pet missing. You can do this online by logging into your dashboard, or you can call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on 0330 043 5244.
KEEPING YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION UP TO DATE
