Move your microchip registration to ChipHERO

Whether you're tired of paying ongoing subscription charges, or just want the convenience of having all your pets in one place, ChipHERO can help you transfer your pets' registrations.

A fixed £10 per chip

We’re offering pet owners a special price for moving an existing registration to ChipHERO. Your ChipHERO registration is a one-time payment, with free updates for as long as you have your pet. No ongoing subscriptions, no charges for updates. We’ll check which chips qualify and show you the price before you pay.

A ChipHERO registration includes many features that some other databases reserve for premium tiers, such as microchip search alerts and adding a temporary keeper while you travel.

What you need to do

• Enter your pets’ microchip numbers below and complete the registration.
• Add each pet’s details to your ChipHERO record.
• We’ll prepare a transfer request for you to send to your old database.
• Cancel any subscription you no longer need. We will remind you to cancel any ongoing payments.
