We use limited, cookieless PostHog statistics to understand and improve this website. We do not record your screen or send your name, email, account details or microchip number.
PostHog uses cookieless page statistics. To measure registration drop-off and which campaigns lead to completed registrations, we also use a random registration reference kept on our server for up to seven days. PostHog receives that reference, the registration steps and campaign labels, without your account, pet or payment details. You can switch analytics off without affecting sign-in, registration or payment.
We remember this setting for 180 days. If you change it while signed in, we also save the preference to your account. An objection in this browser takes precedence. Browser privacy signals can also keep analytics off.
